RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY 

14 DaysEasyReturn and Exchange Policy

​

  • We offer 14 Days Easy Return and Exchange Policy. If We did not hear any request till 14 days have by since your ordered products delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you exchange or return.

  • To be eligible for  exchange or return, your ordered product must be unused and in the original condition that you received it.

  • If anyone have issue about fabric and size of the dress, We can only exchange your dress. In Color Issue, Exchange is not applicable .

  • Once we receive the product we will arrange for exchange or refund as per your request after inspection and verification of received returned products.

  • Refunds will be done in form of store credit/coupon only which will be valid for 12 months only.We will minus any transaction charges or banking charges and shipping charges from customer's paid amount.

  • Return shipment charges are to be borne by the customer only.

  • Returns will not be accepted for custom made or stitched clothing.

  • The final price of exchanged products should be equal to or more than the price of returned products.

 

How To Process For Return and  Exchange

  1. Customer needs to contact us for return or exchange request on our WhatsApp Number or Support Email id (info@shrimohta.com) within 24 hours after receiving the packet.

  2. Kindly send back the material to us at the address we will give you using the Indian Postal Service or any courier of your choice.

  3. The shipping cost for returns or exchange for any reason will be borne by the customer. Kindly mention  your name , contact number, and order number on the courier packet.  The returns parcel should reach us within 14 days from the date of delivery in an unused condition and in original condition it was received with all tags and model picture included.

 

Products which are not covered under Return and Exchange Policy

  • Products which are listed in Sale Category or any other offer.

  • Any product on which you ordered stitching service from us.

 

 

 

 

Exchange or Return  of Wrong or Damaged Product:

​

Our packaging team take the highest care while shipping your order but sometimes when you may receive a defective or a wrong products.

​

We welcome to your exchange request in this unlikely situation in which we have sent you a defective or wrong item as per our exchange and return policy mentioned above.

​

In a rare case you have received a defective product or a wrong product, please immediately notify us (within 24 hours) by sending an email at info@shrimohta.com and attach the “Digital” pictures of the product received as evidence.

What will not be considered as DEFECT

​

  • The difference in shade or tone

  • Beads coming out

  • Extra accessories missing (not supplied by the designer)

  • Little portions of threads coming out

  • Tassels or Buttons not supplied by the designer.

  • Dupatta Edges in not proper shape. This is not a defect as normally unstitched fabric may not necessarily have finely finished edges. This can be easily taken care of through “Picko” at the time of stitching.
